My question might sound really stupid ... but how do I quit Akalabeth (when playing it via the GOG-Galaxy)? Everytime I' ve starved, the game wants me to hit ESC and continues from the beginning by choosing a lucky number.
I have tried out several combinations of keys, even the "swiping up" on my macbook's trackpad doesn't work, so I had to restart my macbook ... but that can't be the resolution ...

Since it should use DosBox to run the game, just try Control-F9. You may have to also hold down fn key to actually make F9 the actual F9 key (like on MacBooks, use fn-control-F9).

For ease of accessibility, you could also hit Alt+Enter to toggle the game to windowed mode and just click on the X in the upper right corner of the window.
