The same problem
Graphic card: HD3000 (i5 Intel integrated)
Integrated cards, and mainly Intel ones, are not supported by UFO:After games, for the games need Shader 2.0.

haha i got the same graphics card and processor, good to know that eventhough the compatability list GOG gives doesn't mention this little effing detail before i buy the effing game. Good old Capitalism at the cost of ignorance, like i should know that "Shader 2.0" isn't supported, what a stupidly obscure thing to know, well since it doesn't work on our laptops and this tiny detail isn't listed ANYWHERE in their compatability list for this game, can i have my money back? Also, seeing as this isn't a problem with version updates or whatnot, i almost feel compelled to go as far as to suggest they update ALL OF THEIR COMPATABILITY LISTINGS CORRECTLY? u know so i dont waste my money?

Oh and P.S. - If some moron comes back and says "Well you should know what your gfx card has and what it doesnt, then please moron, name EVERY SINGLE part on your car. What? you can't?, exactly my point, so don't even try to comeback with that argument.

Minimum system requirements: , NVidia or ATI/AMD 3D graphics card compatible with DirectX 9,
If your card is one of these, you don't need to know the details.

Does this means it won't run at all in this i3 dell laptop? ( image attached)
I have alternatives, but the game fails to start for a similar reason at startup on my Mac, i was going to try on a Linux os, but this same integrated graphic laptop.
My only option now is a old WinXP machine that my dad uses that is from about the same time as the game.

My Mac has a Nvidia card, tried using wineskin, had a post around this forum without any answer.

I'm having a ChoosePixel line failure on Aftershock is it caused by the same issue?
