I'm happy to see that the last 2 days Galaxy is downloading some updates. But what has been changed?

Is there any non-Steam (!) place where I can read the Change Log?

You have to start the game. Its in the games main menu: At the bottom right corner you see the installed versions number. Behind this number is a little black square with a dash inside. Click this and you can scroll through all change logs since the first version.
