Hi my fellow hospital owners. I experienced some performance issues with Two Point Hospital on Patch 726 but wanted to wait for the upcoming patch. Unfortunately in 728 I have the same issues.
The bigger the Hospital, the lower the fps. Even though this is to be expected, a 250 patients Hospital needs more resources then a new one, the drop in fps is insane. I start with nice 240 fps and end up with 30 fps and sometimes even below 30 fps on big hospitals.
I haven't cleared all locations but I would guess it is pretty much the same everywhere. Which doesn't make sense to me, is the load on the GPU and CPU. Both are kind of "idle" here, with about 20% usage. The RAM is at more or less 8GB, so there is plenty room left.
I even tried it with my old system, which works okay on small and new hospitals with 40 fps (up to 98% load on GPU). Here I drop to 7 fps and the GPU and CPU only have 40% to 60% usage. While the fps drop, also does the workload on CPU and GPU, which is a strange behavior to me.
My system is in no way a high end gaming PC, but I would expect at least 60 fps on a game like Two Point Hospital. Has anyone else experienced the same and, by any chance, knows a fix?

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6950
