I seem to have lost the "Grease Some Palms" objective. I have no more objectives to complete and have built all the buildings. The last main objective I remember completing was to arrest 5 criminals. Anyone run into this?

A quick google says that objective is to pay $20k to Don Moriarti.

I haven't done the mission so I may be mistaken.
