I have been able to make a decent amount of moneys in my first years in the "gold rush" map, after i started spending my capital to develop the island though, the economy start to tank badly, there's barely any activity in the docks even though i have a decent number of teamsters.

I uploaded a copy of my saved game just when the economy start to go rotten, i would like to learn why this is happening so that i can learn how to play the damn game better.
