I'm supposed to build a lumber plant, and when I try to, it says the road isn't connected even when it is connected.

I can't get the place built and I can't demolish the road I constructed.

I'd appreciate some advice in making roads connect to places like lumber mills.

I didn't have this problem with Tropico 4.
