Tropico 3 is an excellent game that makes city simulation moves to paradise locations in the Caribbean being the main reason its music.
The game music is nice when you start but after a few hours becomes repetitive. So I want to give a suggestion hoping that will please everyone.
I recommend this page, which is Habanera - Latin Jazz - Latin Pop - Latin Rock - Salsa music, to listen to while you play. Maintains all tropical flavor and "guapachoso" feelings by adding hours and hours of variety.

Just turn off music in game and put play in the radio.
If the music of the radio is high just use the "volume mixer" of windows 7 to specifically volume down browser music.
Ok, that's it... ah wait... sorry for my english.
