As you can see in this video the game is crashing and all the text appear with errors
can anyone help me please ?

There is a crash log in your profile setting sof the game, it lists error msgs ...way easier to share that or the error by that then of a video of 370mb.

First the text thing shows that something with your translation/language files doesnt work right. Check support of your language and reinstall! If it persists contact the develeoper with that.

The Crash is unusual without error screen/error report - its not a mod or something like that. There is something severely wrong. Check system specs and have a redownload and reinstall!
