is there a patch for famous black spots on the maps.
i have tried everything, also watched on steam for the solution but nothing helps

Are you running on a laptop with NVIDIA GPU?
If so, go to NNIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings and add transportfever.exe in the list with "High-Performance NVIDIA Processor" selected.
Then, go to folder C:\User\username\AppData\Roaming\Transport Fever\texture_cache and delete everything inside it. (turn on display hidden item in explorer to see the directory)
I doubt AMD GPU work the same way.
