I just download the french version from my Gog account, installed it and...only the interface is in french: audio and cinematics are in english.
We've updated Tomb Raider 2 with some fixes for the French audio. Please update the game either via Galaxy or download the updated installer for the game :)
The file name you are looking for is: setup_tomb_raider_2_french_20180103_(17606).exe
