If you about GOGGalaxy version - do game files verification, at least twice in a row. It also re-set regisrty entries and recreate links.
For GOG version... if you already reinstall 2.10.6 and dont want do it again - launch link target and exe arguments if described in goggame_xxx_.info file.
TQ.exe is main game exe.
