I was playing this at work and at home, but at home, it doesn't download the save data from the cloud. Whenever it tries, it stays stuck at 0% until it just gives up. I even tried the '"loud saves backup copy". Is there anything I can do to retrieve it from the cloud manually?

I can confirm this. Cloud saves not working for about 1-2 days.

As of today my cloud games are synching again.
