As far as I'm aware, yes. Though it would be nice to have some of the official patches, like the one that changes which of Garrets eyes is fake in cutscenes, as this was made my a fan, or the one which improved the older games textures so they looked much better.

Everything official seems to be in, as far as I can remember from the first time I finished these to when I finished them now. It is nice to see that GOG doesn't just release then abandon these games - they also add patches when necessary.
Everything except the original Thief: The Dark Project version (with its slightly different mission objectives).

Obviously, you also don't get the fancy original installation with all the hints, screenshots and descriptions of the world and gameplay that Thief 2 cds had.

I'm glad these aren't included, as I prefer to play the games as they were original developed. I like the artwork in Thief 1, and original dessecated zombies in that game. Not all the 'improved' textures fit with the old ones. Fan graphics updates should be kept 'optional'.

Agreed, but I liked the patch which altered the original textures to match with Thief 3. Also, I got annoyed over the continuity error with Garrets eye, but that's just me (I meant unofficial patch in my previous post - my keyboard is dying, but these were fan made patches).

Fan patches are options on the originals - it's up to you whether you install them or not. Maybe GOG could add a system for that?

It'd be great to play Doom3 with the Hello Kitty attachment for the flashlight again...maybe that is just me...

What's wrong with Garrett's eye in the cutscenes? Did one of the games actually get it wrong? I didn't even notice.

Yep, the eye in one cutscene was wrong way round - apparantley someone at the studio flipped part of the cutscene so it made better sense as to where the characters stood, but he forgot about the eyes.

I think I need a social life...
