I'm kind of retarded, in the first mission I blackjacked the guard who's meant to have the key but I don't know how to search his body. How do you search bodies?

There is no search key. Just position yourself so that the guard's key or pouch lights up and then hit the take key.

Ah yes. Thank's very much. I was trying to get the key from the wrond guard. I didn't realise I'd be able to see the key on him.

Yeah they keep items hanging from their belts... this means you can even pickpocket them without knocking them out, if you can sneak up behind them without them noticing.
