Hi guys I need to reinstall my PC but I'm not sure where the saved files are located so I can back them up. I can see the high score data but not the saved hospitals themselves any help would be apricated.

The default path on Windows is "C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Theme Hospital\SAVE".
(Basically a subfolder called SAVE in whereever you installed the game)
There, the saves are grouped by nickname. The file extensions denotes the save slot.
