Ok Perhaps a silly question but I've been using crossover to play these classic games and for an odd reason Theme Hospital only plays in a small window. Can I make it full screen? If so, how? Much appreciated for any help :)

Given that this game runs in DosBox you are better off using the native DosBox for your system (mac or linux? Boxer if on mac...) and using wine just to run the installer to extract the files....

You'll want to set the dosbox config to be full screen to make the dosbox based games to be full screen...
