Are you downloading via browser? Then try GOG downloader - http://www.gog.com/downloader

yes, i'm using got downloader.

Now i tried again,, in Italy it's 7 a.m. (i thought that the problem could depend on the time) and now the download it's done: i don't know how but it's ok. :-)

now i go to work, this evening i'll try to install the game.
