puxili: It is the DOS version, and it is quite disappointing. The performance is sub-par, and I have problems with mouse movement, so I'm not really happy about it. I remember the Windows version running perfectly fine in windows 7, but getting the DOS version is kinda..meh. :/
piethief100: I, on the other hand, couldn't get Theme Hospital to run, and the GoG version works perfectly.
There is an open source clone of TH, currently in development
here. It runs perfectly, most of the features are implemented, but it's just not
quite there in terms of the humour or atmosphere of the original.
At the moment, I think this GoG version is the best there is available then, but once the Open Source has been completed, because of the resolution and graphics it offers, that will be the best option.
the same humour and atmosphere as the original. I'm happy to report it works with the gog theme hospital package as well.
