I wanted to do a clean reinstall of the game, but I found out that the high scores weren't cleared away. I know it's a small issue, but it still bugs me a little because it wasn't technically a clean reset. What do I do about this?

Looks like it's in the file HISCORE.DAT in the SAVE folder. If you want to do a clean reinstall, make sure that file is deleted and you should be good to go when the game has been re-installed.

You can of course try to delete it and fire up the game and see what happens. Quite possibly that will either remove the whole list, including defaults, or throw an error message.
