I want to play my copy of Theme Hospital that I purchased on this site on my old Packard Bell computer running Windows 95. I installed Theme Hospital on my Windows 8.1 PC and copied all the files to the Packard Bell. I know I can use any go the GOG specific stuff on Window 95. I tried running the game by directly running HOSPITAL.EXE from Windows Explorer. The game starts and goes to the CD screen. It then tells me "Theme Hospital requires CDROM to play!". Obviously I don't have the CD since I bought the game from GOG.com. Is there a way I can make it work so I can play it on my actual old PC?

It's possible that there was some workaround the GOG team had that broke when you copied it over or that you missed some files when copying the game. When you say you copied all of the files, did you just copy the Theme Hospital folder from C:\GOG Games?
Ah, the memories! Have you looked for a No-CD crack?

Yes, that's exactly what I did.

Where did you copy the game to? The HOSPITAL.CFG file is set to treat C:\ as the data directory. I recommend setting HOSPITAL.CFG to reflect the game's current directory. You should be able to open it in WordPad (if Win95 has it) or possibly Notepad.
I would use an old version of DAEMON tools that support Windows 95 to mount the ISO image supplied with the gog version on your windows 95 PC. That way you can play the version you have paid for and still benefit from any additional features in the CD version + bug fixes.
