Im having major problems with vomiting in theme hospital. Is it as big a problem in corsix? I know in the Playstation version of theme hospital it wasnt a big problem and so found that game alot more enjoyable. i got really far in that whereas by about lvl 3 on the pc its chaos

Don't quote me on this, but I think vomiting has a bit of a "propagation" effect. I think patients vomit if the hospital is messy, and if other patients are near a vomit they're more likely to vomit themselves.

It gets really annoying when everyone starts vomiting uncontrollably because it seems to completely kill your hospital in general.

yea thats the prob i have. i have lots of handymen but they cant keep up :S ill keep trying diff things. its a shame, aside from that its an awesome game so hope i can sort it out

1) Try to build wider corridors.
2) Eliminate waiting times (build more GPs)

and adjust handymen priorities for a moment
