Hi!! I am thinking of updating my OS from Win7 to Win8, but the windows application says that Theme Hospital is not compatible. Will I be able to use this application if I download it again and reinstall it?

I'm quite sure you'll be fine, since this is a DOSBox title.

DOSbox is fully compatible with windows 8 and this is a dosbox title. You won't have any problems.
