The game page only says Theme Hospital is compatible with Win XP and Win Vista, Win 7 is only mentioned in the fine print about system requirements, and I've heard some people who bought it claim it doesn't work under Win 7. So which is true? And does GOG sell a Windows version or a DOS game, using DOSBOX? Thanks!

I use Windows 7. It runs fine for me. It is the DOS version. No difference I think ( I have the Windows version boxed still which I find difficult to run these days ). The only thing I noticed different was the sound but that was easily fixed using info on a previous thread here:

I am using a windows surface RT and have purchased the same, after waiting almost 1hour to download it is now telling me that the game is not compatible with my PC can someone please help??
