I have a Macbook and I can't seem to rotate anything. In most programs, ctrl-click with the trackpad is the same as right-click on a mouse. It doesn't appear this is the case with Theme Hospital. Am I missing something or do I just need to use an external mouse?

Try enabling secondary clicks with two fingers on the trackpad. That did the trick for me when I was having this problem.
