I am Getting a bug where the missing teleport crystal does not appear on the outside ledge for me to pick up and
power the portal. Done the quest before and it appears to not be working since HOS
no matter what I try.

Anyone else having same issue?

That confirms witcher gear: Wolven Armor PART#1 is bugged : /....Hopefully this gets patched soonish because its the best set in the darn game and this really limits a fresh playthrew.

I have same problem, only for me, I am not able to open the chest, it is not getting red color, someone was able to fix this by loading save before you get to KM EVER

Same problem here. I can't get the Wolf School Gear any more. I think I will quit TW3 now and play something else. With nearly every patch or DLC there is a new bug. That ruins the fun of playing this game. :-( No more money for this!

Same here, missing crystal. I tried about a dozen times to slide down to the cave and just smashed myself on the rocks, so I cheated. Turned on GOD mode and got the damn design :D

normally i am no friend of cheating but in this case it really works. did it like pink ... god mode on and slide to thie cave.. so u get the missing parts

How can it be cheating if it's an single player game? I always hated people claiming using codes or the console is "cheating" or "bad". It's your own frigging game to enjoy in any way yo want it to.

Anyhow, returning to topic, I had the same issue and gave up on the quest entirely, a shame.

It's a poorly designed quest anyway, I was like level 28 when I got to Kaer Morhen, the standard wolf equipment was very inferior to anything I already had, I'd have had to skip directly to enhanced, making standard pointless. That's the problem with giving you such a huge open area like Valen to explore, it's very easy to get sidetracked with all the sidequests and level up too much.

FInally! I had to pause my new save because I didnt wanna waste mats that I needed for the crafting. I was just wondering that. God Mode wouldnt be fun for witcher imo other games maybe but if u cant die there isnt anything to the combat at all really. The different tactics par each fight make it amazing, that that away idk.
