Hi there, hope i can get some help with this.

When i open GOG and try to launch witcher 3, i click on the play button, it grays out for 4-5 seconds and then just turns green again.

I get no error message or faults of any kind.

Only thing that has changed is i am now running windows 10, game is a fresh install and has been updated to the latest 1.32patch.

Game as also passed the Verify/Repair check with no problems.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Sadly I can't help, I also have the exact same problem, can't launch it at all...If you get a reply on this, I'd appreciate it :/
If anyone knows a solution, please let us know. I just got a new PC and what the OP noted is the same with me. Working on another PC still with GOG.
Check with Task Manager if the game is running but not showing. Check that you have the latest GPU drivers directly from AMD/NVIDIA.

Try installing directx_Jun2010_redist.exe: https://download.microsoft.com/download/8/4/A/84A35BF1-DAFE-4AE8-82AF-AD2AE20B6B14/directx_Jun2010_redist.exe
(Don't just unpack it - run it again in the folder you've chosen to unpack it to.)

Don't use Galaxy and try running the game directly from the directory. Or uninstall/shutdown Galaxy and try installing using the offline installers.

PS: Also, never install to any windows sys folders like Program Files due to conflicting rights.
