ive got a curius sound bug ?

everything was fine with my sound after playing until lvl 17 i went over to Skellige and from there on ive got NO DIALOG SOUND AT ALL lel .

i hear all sounds even the nps voices in the background while dialog scenes, but i cannot hear the dialog mate.

the problem only exists since im in skellige . and i already tried another save content -> same problem
