I'd appreciate it but I wouldn't count on it as you can get it from eyeTune / GooMusic and Sportify. You got the lossless OST with the base game for free as a gift / value adder - why so many people expect the same with the DLCs? I love the idea to sell the stuff, the artists deserve it.
I think it had something to do with CDP and GOG not believing that OSTs should be sold separately. They are part of the game after all, why wouldn't they give it to you for free if you already paid for it?

Copyright on the music has nothing to do with GOG. In the most part, CDP and the music authors have no issue with providing the music free of charge, but that does not mean it is a right of the consumer to expect it. If they provide it, think yourself lucky, otherwise buy it.
