Just a little topic seeing how people customized their Geralt. Feel free to share if the mood strikes you!

For me, I've got him in the "shaved sides and ponytail" hairstyle (forgot what it's called in-game) and Clean Shaven (with semi-frequent return trips to the barber so that he stays that way).

Despite finding other armor that surpasses it, I'm holding on to the Temarian set for as long as I can, as I think it compliments him well with this look.

There are many armors so beautiful, your question is difficult hehe, but in my campaign, the "look" and armor of Geralt:

*Full beard
*`Long and loose hair tied behind the head´
* Griffin armor. I like that colour

I don't have the Griffin armor yet, but I tried your hair and beard combo, and I dig it! Once I finally get the armor, I'll give the whole setup a try just to see (although I really like my look, so I'll stick with it this playthrough).
