There is a very large multi-language pack for blood/wine DLC but no explanation of when or if you require it. When exactly is this language pack required ?

Ok thanks. I thought it might just be non-english languages but wasn't sure since there was no description associated with it. Bit surprise it even showed up since I picked english as the lanugage for my download.
Unkalibriert: Everyone who's configured game language isn't English will need this language pack to hear the new speeches in Blood and Wine. If you don't add it you will hear nothing in cutscenes, and there will be no lip-movement as well.
Just look for all those bug threads about it.
