every try i try to install it says installation failed with code: -7 Error opening the archive
please restart the installer and try again
If the problem persists, please contact Support

now i've tried to reinstall this game over and over again in the last 2-3 hours and had no luck and i'm not sure why.

I had the exact same error.
I don't know why it happens but changing the default install directory from "C:/GOG..." (I forgot what it was) to something else fixed the issue for me.
