I bought Witcher 3 on the game shop. When I used the code, it is not accepted. Could you help me?

Look for the right code I found 3 different ones in my little booklets paer work, mine failed till I found the right one needed

There are three codes, but one code is for android and apple, one code is for comic book and the other is for game

Problem is resolved. Firstly, I added free dlc program for chart. New e-mail came to me. I followed the steps. Then, a new redeem code was gave to me. But, I already had 16 free dlc .
