That snowball fight with Ciri. It happened at the perfect moment to cheer her up (as well as me). Not to mention Ciri's threats during the fight like "Oh I will thrash you!" were hilarious yet awesome!

Three children in Novigrad having a conversation about whores and what they think they are (mistaking them for cleaners and not understanding why one of their dads likes them because they are the dirtiest whores around) :)

There seem to be a few Skyrim references in the game. The one I found is the flavor text on the Nilfgaardian 10 strength archer card: "I am for the knee. Always." :)

Little green bottles of Dwarven Spirit or is it little bottles filled with green liquor? Either way every time I find a bottle I just have to take it. They're so pretty and shiny.
