Ok folks came across a spoils of war which is located west of the Byways marker and south of Condyle. Now when I swam down to investigate the ship went through a door war with a chest inside and about leavign there is wjat appears to be a Cat head like for the cat gear locations on the wall just to the right of the doorway. I try to examine it and get nothing there is nothing in the chest. Yet the marker for it isn't grayed out. Any idea about this one?

I don't remember the exact location, but you probably need to look around a bit more.
Alternatively go to some weapon/armorsmith and buy the documents that triggers new treasure hunting quests hoping to find the one related to this spot so that when you look at the cat graffiti the quest will update and show you the area you need to search for the chest.

The funny thing is that I've got Feline<cat>, Griffin, and Ursine schematics all the way up to superior. got Ursine and feline crossbow schematics Ursine swords Master crafted schematics.
