So I'm at the point where I have to prepare to leave town with Vesemir, and he's standing next to the Inn's entrance. But whenever I try to speak with him the only option that appears is the one about how it's been a year since they've been at Vorune. What am I supposed to do? Anyone figured it out yet?

I don't think you need him.
You need to talk to all guys in the tavern then go to the other town no ?

It marks him as my next objective in the mini map, and the objective on the right reads as follow: Prepare to leave White Orchard with Vesemir.
I've no idea how to proceed, I've been killing time doing side quests but I'm running short on side quests in the area.

Apparently it's bugged. Just checked a video on YouTube to see how the quest proceeded (https://youtu.be/XIX62Gl279M?t=4m17s) and I can't trigger that dialogue. Vesemir is standing outside the inn, not inside. Anyone has any clue how to fix this?

If this quest is at the begining, you can still re-begin the game :/
