Even if i did them all
Achivements like " Ashes to ashes "
" Brawler " " Fearless Vampire slayer " " Gwent master " and quite a few others...
any ideas ?

Are there achievements that do work? Did you start the game through gog galaxy, or at least had gog galaxy running while playing the game?

Most achievements are bugged. GOG Galaxy is still in beta. You have to wait for an update.

yep i can only run in throug GOG, and there are lots of other achievements :/
