Same for me...
Reset my computer three days ago, reinstalled The Witcher 3 yesterday to see all my saves ares gone..
Honestly, I don't get the point to have your own platform (here, GOG over Steam) and not have cloud saves. I mean, I love CD Projekt and GOG, I support them, but now, this is stupid...
