My question is, is this achievment even achievable on retail game, where achievments are in GOG Galaxy? Because i have been sliding for the past hour or more even used chronometer to watch time and i've gone past the 10 sec mark 30+ times and the achievment in Galaxy doesn't show. Is this achievment only available to people who paly on ps4/xbox one/steam ?

Yes, I've got it using Galaxy. Easiest way I found was to go behind Olgierd's family house where you can get "stuck" in a slide between the wall and the hillside.
