I ran the updater for 1.2 and it seemed successful, yet on the main menu it reads v1.17. regardless, it let me install B&W.

On the main menu it claims that HoS and B&W are installed yet in the new game menu I don't have the "blood and wine only" option. Only the "hearts of stone only" is present.

What's more is, in the full list on installed DLC accessed from the main menu, it doesn't list B&W.
