I have problem with graphics after first download of up date and some missions does not work right. How I can fix that.
Any one had a similar problem?

Your installation is corrupt. Assuming you are using GOG Galaxy, go to you library and click on 'More' >> 'Manage' >> 'Verify/Repair'.

If you're not using Galaxy, uninstall the game in Control Panel. Re-download the current installers and patch, then install them in this order:

Main installer (v1.10)
Patch (v1.22)
Free DLCs (v1.22)
Hearts of Stone (v1.22)
Blood and Wine (v1.22)
(Multi-language pack if needed)
