BloodyBeatsteak: And no: there wasn't a hint that this is not a working game. Is it actually allowed to sell a game, which is not working without a separate download? With this in mind, you can't even call it a day-one-patch anymore.

green.anger: Well, they sold it to you. And we both understand even if you sue them, there are almost no chances to win this one.
I'm pretty sure, that a game which is designed as not working without a patch can cause some heavy legal problems for CD Projekt.


Edit: on the wrapping it says, that a internet-connection is necessary for installation. but htis hint is missing on the amazon-page.

maybe you guys at CD projekt should edit your product-description there. ;)

only produced DVD before the start date need 1 file (a exe) to play, this is not the complet Day One Patch, later patch aren't needed.
latter produced DVD dont need the exe, they have it.
deemed necessary due to the lack of a copy protection of the dvd's.
