I checked it on in options to try it, but i didn't notice any differences in game. Please, pretty please, someone who knows, could present me the differences with the default movement style? Thanks in advance...

Try moving in tight circles, with and without the option enabled.

That's the only difference? Tight circles? Because otherwise I see no difference.

Probably. I didn't notice any other difference, either. That is why i asked... :P

There's supposedly a difference when he's running and you bring him to a halt; less overshoot, apparently, but I can't tell the difference.

And on the contrary slowing down when switching from sprint to walk takes longer. I also have no clue, what's the big diffenrence.

I couldn't find a difference myself. Maybe it's if you had REAL problems with his default movement.
They sped up Garelt momentum physics to alow for quicker responses for those that dont like his original movement. He seems to have less inertia as well.

I cant tell any difference with Geralt or Roach, supposedly they improved the horses AI also.

I'll make a real test of improved horse movement when i get to Novigrad streets. As of his ears though. Still no improvement. Still deaf and doesn't hear my whistles.
And still trips over nothing.
And still gets stuck on street-wide stairs in Novigrad. Don't see ANY improvement.

Yes he does but he doesn't seem to take as much damage anymore when tripping or falling off stuff - YAY - but may be just wishful thinking on my part.
I don't remember the horse taking damage from any height.
Geralt on the other hand seems to not take damage anymore.
