I downloaded the patch required to play, and every time I try to launch it, Windows Safescreen pops up and won't let me run it, or it says it's incompatible with my OS. I'm running Windows 8.1 and already have the first 7 files installed. Not sure what to do now.

I had the same issue. Just re-download the file and it will be good.

please disregard, right after posting this, the 3rd time I downloaded it, it worked. Go figure. LOL
