Hey guys, First excuse me if this is duplicated.

I was running perfectly the witcher 3 in my PC until the patch 1.03. I have constant 60 fps but it's feel like if the game "freeze" for 0.3 milliseconds everytime. It's annoying as hell. I know it's not my PC because it's good enough for this game but the patch 1.03 and all I want is to undo the update. Is there a way?

Now I'm wondering if it's just me or there are other with this problem. Should I send a ticket to CDRP?
this is also happening to me was playing the game fine yesterday on a mix of high ultra after the patch the game is unplayable on low
I tried everything, capped at 30 fps, put the graphics in low but no lucky.
Fixed it! Go To Nvidia Control Panel -> Manage 3D Settings and set Power Management Mode to "Prefer Maximum Performance" not sure if that was it or because I run dual monitors I use NvidiaInspector to force power states of my graphics card and I forgot to add it to the list it changes to max power for either way seemed to be a power management issue for me running it on ultra and high post processing now getting between 55 - 60 fps with the hair thinger turned off
