For everybody who is using a language pack (yes, I know: learn English - duh) please be aware that ALL language packs are now contained in one big language pack so if you have installed one of the DLCs after you have installed the base game and the according language pack you might not hear dialogue. You'll have to install the (only) language pack after installing base and DLC to prevent this from happening ... and of course this will not happen if you own the GOTY release (lucky you).

BTW there's definitely a difference with the new installer as I noticed that new item icons are prominent when using 1.31 whereas 1.10 patched to 1.31 has some occurrences of these icons not showing up.
