On a new C: drive, I created a shortcut that starts Witcher 3 (the game files are on a G: Game drive). The new shortcut launches the game, but without access to any savegames. The actual savegames are in the Documents folder on the "old" C: drive. I copied them to a new Documents folder on the new drive, but they are still not recognized at startup. I just get the option for a New Game when the program starts.
What do I need to do to get Witcher 3 to find its savegames in a new location?
Thanks for you ideas!

A new C: drive? Does that mean you reinstalled your OS? If so, you need to reinstall your games, especially games like The Witcher that look to the Windows registry to find the data they need.

Thank you. I was trying to avoid that, but I guess it is inevitable.
