I know this might have been discussed before, but what does everyone think is the chance that CDPR will release the full set of modding tools for Witcher 3 once B&W has been released? I can't help but to think that there is so much more that could be added to this game, so many places that could be created from the book series and new ideas. I just don't want to see it gather cobwebs.

The current mods are amazing, but i want to see someone create Kovir as a new region and have an area where i can create my own house, etc. up there. Lol.

I just want more...

There's this _rumor_ floating around that they can't release anything more, even if they wanted, because their tools include third party software, which means they themselves aren't allowed to release this.

So as far as I know, no - they won't be releasing anything above the stuff that's already out.
