Just north of the bank in Novigrad, the armorer that was there is gone... Does he come back?


Also missing the Black Smith just south of the banker in Novigrad. WTH is happening here? I need to repair my equipment and there's no one around in the middle of the day to do it.

Whenever he's missing I just meditate for a few hours and then he shows up again. You could also try running a small distance away and coming back.
