I'm about 40-45 hours into my 2nd playthrough, and the load times have gone from less than 10 seconds to upwards of 60 seconds, all the hits on google are complete waste of time.

do anyone have some file you can delete or some other trick to get back decent loads times, i play on hardest difficulty, so i do die sometimes.

Appreciate any help.

Has there been a major update for The Witcher 3 between your first and second playthrough?
Loads and loads of updates, i played it last time a few weeks after release.

noticed that its much more prominent in novigrad, outside of that area, loads remain steady even after hours of play and several death loads.
Check your save game folder.

Make a folder to hold old save files on an external dive, USB key or other media and move out all but say, a dozen of your recent files. Then the game does not have to index so many save files at startup.

The advantage to this is that your startup should be quicker and you can have some organization of your saves into different folders, by date or by quest, or area - however you wish. I find it much easier to organize a playthrough this way.

Good luck
